First, what exactly is organic gardening?  There is a lot of confusion on this topic and many people have different definitions and opinions.  But in the most basic form, organic gardening is when you concentrate on having a completely "natural" garden that never uses synthetic substances and only uses natural fertilizers to keep the garden healthy.  There are a lot of sprays commonly used on gardens that are actually harmful to eat, so those are off limits.  Regular gardening may seem a little simpler because you can use any substances you want, although your garden may not be as healthy. Before you can start any kind of garden, organic or not, you will need to make sure you have the right supplies.  You will obviously need your basic supplies such as a shovel, hoes, rakes, pruning tools, etc.  You may find that once you start gardening you will also need or want a tilling machine, composting supplies, a good sprayer, and a variety of other supplies.  You can buy these supplies almost anywhere.  Any garden supply store in town should have most of the tools, seeds, and other supplies you will need.  If you don't find what you want at the store, you could always go online to get it.  Just a quick search and I guarantee you'll find dozens of garden supply stores online.  If you really want to find supplies for organic gardening, there are even some websites that exclusively sell items and supplies related to natural gardening. Fertilizer is another thing that you will have to buy.  And if you are interested in an organic garden, you can't just use any old fertilizer.  If you plan on buying fertilizer, make sure to read the label carefully to ensure it is natural.  And finally you will need a natural remedy for pest control.  There are a lot of sprays that are hazardous to both you and your plants.  It is possible to buy organic pest control products.  But an even more natural way is to add beneficial insects to your garden that will take care of the more harmful ones.
